"After finding out about Dean's through this website (www.yourautonetwork.com), I gave a call around 4 pm. I wasn't expecting for anyone to do anything but set an appointment, but instead I was directed to come on in. Everyone was nice. One of the owners introduced herself to me personally and brought me cold water. I had a minor issue and ... I hate to admit it, but it was truly minor, but I had no idea what the problem was...they could have ripped me off, but they just took care of it for me instead. I totally thought their prices were fair and I was even offered a back-to-school discount that I didn't haggle or even ask for. I tell my friends and family about them. They were quick, fair, pleasant... just great!"

"We have traditionally taken our vehicles strictly to the dealerships for any type of repairs. Recently my wife found a coupon for Dean's in the ValuPak. She convinced me to give them a try and we are glad we did.

"She celled them to talk about to schedule an appointment. When she got off the phone she just couldn't stop raving about their customer service. That was just the first call. The following day we dropped the car off to them 15 minutes before they opened for the day. Again, great customer service.
